ISOK Sidecar Ron-Dee-Voo VI International
Sidecar Rally Hosted by the Internet Sidecar Owners Klub at the
beautiful Union County Sportsman's Club and Wildlife Sanctuary.
Located near Weikert, PA in scenic central Pennsylvania.
Interstate 80 to Lewisburg, PA exit (Rt. 15 south). Rt. 15 south to
Rt. 45 west
to Rt. 235 to Laurelton. In Laurelton, turn right at four way stop.
Rally site is a couple of miles out on the left. Look for the signs.
Motels are within 20 miles of site. Adults $45, children (9-12) $10,
adult day pass $10 (includes admission only), children 8 and under no
charge but must be accompanied by an adult. Pre-register by June 30
and receive 5 dollars off rally fees.
If you wish to come early or stay late (many do) camping is ten
dollars per night...pay at club.
All sidecars and solo's interested in sidecars welcome. Pets are
allowed.
Rally fee includes,
three nights camping (RV Spots are available at no additional
charge), Dinner rides Thursday and Friday , Saturday morning
breakfast buffet and Saturday evening awards dinner (Note Friday
morning breakfast will be available for additional charge).
Rally fee includes sidecar games with trophies, awards, children's
activities, 24 hour coffee, tours, door prizes, Dual sport ride, a
Red Green Fest consisting of video's and a Red Green and/or
supporting cast dress up contest, The ISOK Annual Door Prize, 60/40
drawing (Winner gets the 60%), Sunday morning worship service.

CURD will be hosting another national rally this year , Aug 15 & 16, 2009, in the scenic Kawartha Lakes region of Ontario. CURD members Jamie and Cindy have graciously offered to host this event on their private tract of land, which is located approx 2.5hrs (190km/120mi) northeast of Toronto.

in North Vernon, Indiana. There will be no fees except for camping,

night supper and two nights camping. Plenty of room for RVs at no
additional cost. Must be self contained.Cabins with bunks are also

January 15-17, 2010 - Middle Friday Campout at the Hamburg State Park in Washington County, GA.
Georgia Sidecar Club VP, Eddie George organizes a campout on months with 5 Fridays. These are not rallies, and there is no admission fee. They are just informal sidecar gathering. What happens at these campouts depends on the weather, and who shows up. You reserve your own campsite or lodging. This is an open invitation. Adventure Sidecar Training Classes |
|
|

Sidecar and Trike driver’s education (S/TEP training) will be offered May through October, 2007. Registration will be available in March by calling Hood River Community Education (541)386-2055. The classes are held in Hood River, 60 miles east of Portland, Oregon.
NOVICE S/TEP CLASS
2 1/2 days of Sidecars! No prior motorcycle experience required for the Novice S/TEP class!
ADVANCED S/TEP CLASS
12 hours of Sidecar instruction. The Advanced S/TEP class is essentially the second half of the Novice S/TEP class. A valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement is required; prior sidecar experience is recommended.Details will be available in the Hood River Community Education catalog due out in March and are posted on our Training web page http://adventuresidecar.com/training06/training06.htm .

In addition to being a Ural owner (1999 Ural Bavarian Classic), I'm
also a publisher of automotive and motorcycling books. See my
company, Demontreville Press, Inc at www.demontrevillepress.com
When I got my Ural I immediately decided to buy every book about
Urals that I could find. Guess what, there isn't much. Being an
opportunistic sort, it seemed like a really good chance to write a
book (I've authored six myself with another two on the way) about
Urals. It will be split into three sections: History, Fun with Urals,
and Basic Upkeep and Maintenance. I've already spoken with the folks
in Washington State and they've promised to help with their archives
and tech assistance and I've spoken with Felicia and she is
enthusiastic for the project. I'll also, coincidentally be in Siberia
this summer and will stop by Irbit for a tour of the factory.
If this book is to be of value to current and prospective Ural
owners, it would be good to have some real world experience and some
trip and ride reports as a part of the second section. Photos (high
resolution) will also help make the book (I am planning on large
format four-color). Also, little tricks to keeping a Ural on the road
would be good to have as a part of the third section. You can help.

NEW - Ural Extended Warranty Available 2007 |

In the next coming weeks IMWA will be offering a Ural Extended Warranty Plan. This plan retails for $400.00 and is only valid on 2007 models and later !!!
The Ural Extended Warranty will be good for the term of 1 year (12 months). It will take place the day after the standard manufactures warranty ends. The extended warranty will follow the same terms and conditions of the current existing Manufactures Warranty. All claims under this plan will be processed as warranty claims.
The Ural Extended Warranty registration form will be in triplicate. One copy for the customer, one for the dealer, and one that the dealer must mail back to IMWA. In many cases, the extended warranty can be sent into IMWA along with the manufactures warranty registration. The extended warranty will only be offered on new bike sales. The customer has the length of the manufactures warranty (24 months) to purchase the extended warranty. Each extended warranty registration needs to be filled out legibly with the correct VIN# and customer information. It is crucial to have accurate information in our database should an extended warranty claim need to be opened in the future.
Upon receipt of the extended warranty registration, IMWA will be mailing out a Ural Extended Warranty Identification Card to the purchasing customer. Customers are able to transfer the Ural Extended Warranty in the same way they would transfer the manufactures warranty. Customers also have the option to cancel their extended warranty at anytime. To cancel an extended warranty, the customer must return to the dealership where the plan was purchased.
